Overall, the aim of HX5 is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable, and repeatable results. The program prepares individuals for any physical event — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specialising.

The program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not in kind.

The Community 

The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective, and it gave birth to a global network of CrossFit affiliates that amounts to over 13,000 members. Harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition, and fun of sport or game yields a dynamic that cannot be achieved by other means.

Our vision is stronger than a work-out! We visualise a generation of greater working capacity! Increasing individual’s physical awareness impacting in better lifestyle choices! To be as strong in mind as you are in body!

1. SUPPORT others as you would expect to be supported! We all finish together!
2. NEVER QUIT! No matter how hard you think it is just step back, take a breath, then carry on! Small steps over no steps! We are all in this together!
3. INTEGRITY! the only competition is yourself, you can’t cheat yourself! Make every rep count!
4. COURAGE! You had the courage to walk through the door so have the courage to set some goals, don’t be afraid to fail or take a step back! But NEVER lose sight on what you’ve started!
